How do employees book a parking space with Waldo?
Employees book parking directly in Microsoft Teams, and Waldo can reserve a space for them automatically. Based on how each person commutes and on their office days, Waldo makes sure a spot is ready when they arrive. They can also ask the Waldo bot or use the map.
Does Waldo handle electric vehicle and two-wheel spaces?
Yes. Waldo manages electric vehicle spaces with charging stations, two-wheel spaces and reduced-mobility spaces, and books the right type for each user, as long as your car park has them.
What happens if someone parks in my reserved spot?
Tell Waldo in Microsoft Teams and it finds you an alternative space from the backup pool. It also alerts the facilities manager about the parking error.
What if the car park is full?
You join a waiting list and the first freed spot goes to the person at the top, based on priority and recent waits. Waldo can also contact users who often cancel late, to free up spaces faster.
Is parking reservation included in the free version?
No. The free version shows parking occupancy and lets everyone declare where they work, but it does not book a space. Parking access and booking come with the complete version at 30 € per user per year, along with a specific desk and meeting rooms on the floor plan. See the details on our pricing page.
