Waldo books desks, meeting rooms and parking spaces in Microsoft Teams and helps each employee decide where to work. It predicts bookings from habits, seats teammates together, manages waiting lists and applies your remote work rules.
Which features are in the free version?
The free version lets each employee declare whether they work at the office, remotely or are absent, and includes who's coming, space and parking occupancy, teammate identification, "Where are my teammates?", the Waldo bot, Microsoft 365 single sign-on and Teams deployment. It does not book specific desks, so overbooking is possible. Can Waldo enforce our remote work policy?
Yes. You set a maximum number of home or office days, or team days, and Waldo either warns users when they exceed them or blocks the booking.
How is Waldo deployed and administered?
Waldo is deployed with Microsoft Teams policies and administered through Microsoft 365. There is no data to synchronise and no new groups to create, and users sign in with their Microsoft 365 account.
Can we connect Waldo to our badge system or Power BI?
Yes. A badge system can replace the Teams check-in, and the Power BI connector lets you build your own reports or have us build them. Contact us to set up a connector.
